kathleen I saw tthe article in the paper about the Wednesday walks. I'll be there this week. How do I document the amount of weight I've lost since last year when I started?

I am happy to hear that you will be joining us on our walk this evening,If you happened to document the pounds that were lost over the past year, we can help you log them onto our website to make them add to the Twp pounds that were are working to to shred.

i started at the wrong entrance last week- this week by the lake i will be! Hoping the weather holds out! I weighed in at home on Monday at 217.9. Last year's documented weight here is 239 i think. can you update that or tell me how to?

We are having a walking club on Aug 24, 2011 come out and join us.

For Classes Golds Gym is the BEST! Print a one week pass from their site and try it out. It costs a little more than others but PLENTY of classes to choose from, a lot of equipment, Cardio-Cinema and more. Take a tour! Id still go if I wasn't unemployed :)

The Mayor will be having a Walking Club at Vets park On August 24,2011 at 5:30pm (Lake side enterance. Come out and join us .
